SM Residence: a website for a residential
complex in central Kryvyi Rih

SM Residence Sviato-Mykolaivskyi is a new residential complex in the historic centre of Kryvyi Rih. We built a website that:

shows the complex’s 9 key advantages on the first screen
openly states the price per m² for every layout type
lets buyers choose a floor and parking from real plans
collects buyer requests from every page of the site

The case in brief

SM Residence Sviato-Mykolaivskyi is a new residential complex in the very centre of Kryvyi Rih: its own wellness space, a shelter integrated into the parking, energy independence of key systems and security systems.

The developer needed a website that sells apartments: it quickly explains the complex’s advantages, shows layouts and prices, and turns a buyer’s interest into a request to the sales office.

We built the site around the buyer’s logic: advantages, location on the map, layout types with prices, floor and parking choice, construction progress — with a request form at every step.
